Nylon monofilament mesh is plain weaving, materials is PA6 and PA66, good heat setting and washing, without silicon and heavy metal, quality can meet FDA standard, widely used in all kinds of industrial filtration and separation, such as chemicals, pharmaceutical, agriculture, food, ect., which can be made into filter bags, insert plastic mould filter, ect. 1. Most popular size: 10" wide x12" long ( 25 cm x 30 cm ); 2. Different shapes: Arc shape, "U" shape, Square shape, Cylinder-shape,or customized shape; 
3.1)Normal packing: five bags putted into a plastic bag, then all into a carton; 2)Individual packing: one bag putted in a plastic bag; 3)OEM package is aceptable: In the follwing pictures, you can see a piece of A4 paper with customer's logo in the plastic bag.Also your private label can be sewed beside the bag. 
4. Size of the carton: 45cmx35cmx40cm (L*W*H); 5. Usually one carton can pack 300-500 bags; 6. A layer of plastic film outside to avoid carton breakage; 
7. Hemming-stitch: we supply the bag with edging cloth which is better than sample 1.
